We do not guarantee that projection, longevity or scent development will match a bottle purchased at Australian retail.

Fragrance performance varies between batches, between individuals, and with skin chemistry. Two bottles of the same fragrance can perform differently. This is true of any fragrance regardless of where it is bought.

Packaging and presentation may differ from Australian retail versions.

By placing an order you acknowledge that batch dates and fragrance performance vary and are not guaranteed.

Every bottle carries a manufacturer batch code. You can check its production date independently at checkfresh.com — we don't run that service and can't influence what it shows.

A batch code decodes the production date and batch number. It is a freshness and traceability check. It is not an official brand authentication service, and it does not verify authenticity.

Formats vary by brand. Different houses use different systems, and no single checker covers every format. If a code returns no result on one tool, try another — a blank result means that tool does not recognise the format, not that anything is wrong with the bottle.

Independent checkers you can use:

• Scento — general checker. For Creed specifically, use the Creed batch code page.

Those tools are independent. We do not run them and they are not connected to any brand.

Your rights under our Refund Policy are the actual guarantee. You can open the bottle and check it yourself. If you believe an item is not genuine, contact us — we will investigate and, if confirmed, refund you in full. That right does not depend on any third-party batch code tool returning a result. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a bottle arrives faulty, damaged, leaking, or is not the product you ordered, contact us and we'll make it right. Nothing in this disclaimer limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
