Shipping Policy

Stock is dispatched from Europe to our warehouse in Australia. Most orders are quality inspected before being repacked and sent out to you.

Fragrance is classified as a dangerous good, because alcohol-based perfume is a flammable liquid. It cannot travel on the standard postal air services most parcels use, so it moves through specialised logistics providers licensed to carry dangerous goods.

Two consequences worth stating plainly:

• The carrier shown on your tracking varies between orders and may not be a name you recognise.
• Tracking updates can be less frequent than for a typical domestic parcel.

Every order is tracked. Depending on how your order is routed, that may be a domestic carrier such as Australia Post, or an international logistics partner followed through our Track Order page.

Timeframes below are estimates from dispatch and can vary by location, carrier, and peak periods. They match the windows shown on product pages and in your cart.

• Express stock (handled in Perth): 3–5 business days.
• Standard global dispatch: 10–14 business days.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.

• Buy 2 Get 1 Free bundles (3 or more bottles): standard shipping is included at no extra charge.
• Express stock: shipping is included in the product price.
• All other orders: shipping is calculated at checkout based on your cart.

We currently deliver Australia-wide. If your order is significantly delayed or your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact us and we will investigate.
